Captured data
View, filter, export, and delete the records your agents saved during conversations.
The Captured data page shows the records your agents saved in your workspace’s capture tables. You can search them, export them, and delete them when you no longer need them.
Search and review records
Open captured data
In the sidebar, open Captured data.
Choose the table
Use Select table to choose which table to review.
Search the data
Type in Search captured data… to filter by content.
Filter by status
In the Status filter, choose All records or Complete only.
Review a record
Click a row to see its details, its history, and, when available, the Open conversation link.
Export to CSV
Apply the filters
Choose the table and apply the filters you need.
Export to CSV
Click Export CSV.
The export uses the same filters as the list. If the result exceeds the safety limit, the file is marked as partial so you know it does not contain every record.
Delete records
Captured records are personal data. Delete them only when you have a valid reason; the action cannot be undone.
- A single record: open its details and use the delete option, confirming Delete this record?.
- Several records: select rows with the table checkboxes and click Delete selected records in the bar that appears. The confirmation tells you how many records from that page will be deleted.
Delete a person’s records
If someone asks you to delete their captured data (for example, their email), you can locate and delete their records across every capture table in the workspace.
Find a person's records
In Captured data, click Delete a person’s records.
Preview the matches
Enter the person’s email or phone number and click Preview matching records.
Review the matches
Review the matches: table, agent, date, and status of each record.
Confirm the deletion
Click Delete previewed matches… and confirm with Confirm permanent deletion.
Only the records you reviewed that still match the search are deleted. If new records appear later, repeat the search to review them separately.
