title: "Review your agents"
description: See which agents are published or in draft, and find the questions they can't answer yet.
---

The **Agents** section brings together every agent in your workspace. From there you can see at a glance which agents already serve your customers, which are still being prepared, and what each one is missing.

## Steps

1. **Open the Agents section**

    In the sidebar, open **Agents**. Each card shows the agent's name, its status (**Published** or **Draft**), whether a channel is connected, and today's metrics.

2. **Filter by status**

    Use the **All**, **Active**, **Drafts**, **Paused**, and **Archived** tabs to filter the list. For example, click **Drafts** to see only the agents you haven't published yet.

3. **Check archived agents**

    Click **Archived** to see the agents you archived. From each row's **More options** menu you can **Restore** an agent or **Delete permanently**.

4. **Open an agent**

    Go back to **All** and click **View agent** on the card of the agent you want to check. The agent's **Overview** tab opens.

5. **Review unanswered questions**

    Check the **Your agent detected questions it can't answer** box: it lists the unanswered FAQs assigned to that agent. Click **Answer these questions** to complete them, or **Not now** to hide the notice. Below it, **Knowledge status** summarizes how many FAQs the agent has and when they were last updated.

:::tip
You can test the agent from the same **Overview**: type a question in the chat panel on the right and see how it replies before you publish it to a channel.
:::

While a response is being generated, the send button changes to **Stop response**.
Use it to interrupt the wait. If the response has already arrived and was only
being revealed in parts, the received content is shown. Stopping does not undo
actions the agent has already performed or guarantee that no credits are used.
